Alina Bigler

Alina is a proud Norwalk native and Norwalk High School graduate who has been an integral part of Kendra’s team for the past year. From day one, she has proven herself to be an incredible asset—working tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure every detail is handled and every transaction runs seamlessly. While newly licensed, Alina has already contributed to over $15 million in real estate transactions during her time with Plum Tree Realty, gaining hands-on experience far beyond her years.

Real estate has always been her passion, and she made that dream a reality by earning her license at just 21 years old. Alina is known for her exceptional customer service, patience, and genuine kindness. She is dedicated to her clients and always makes herself available to accommodate their schedules, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience from start to finish.

Outside of real estate, Alina is engaged to her high school sweetheart, Eian. Together, they purchased their first home in Norwalk early on - because Alina believes success doesn’t wait, and neither should you!

Court’s goal is simple - to make the buying or selling process as smooth, successful, and rewarding as possible, while helping each client move forward into their next chapter with confidence! Court and his wife have daughter Cecelia and a baby boy on the way. He is an avid golfer who loves to play with his grandpa who also had a passion for real estate, auctioneering, and investing/flipping!​

Kayleen Lee, Realtor

Originally licensed in 2004, Kayleen brings years of experience, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for helping people. She’s built her business by staying consistent, working hard, and always putting her clients first.
Based in Sandusky, Ohio, and having raised her family in the Sandusky/Norwalk area, Kayleen knows the local market inside and out - especially when it comes to lake homes and properties near the Lake! She works with a wide range of clients, including many investors, and understands what it takes to find the right property, spot a good opportunity, and make a smart move.
Kayleen also has hands-on experience as an investor herself, owning rental property in Florida that she purchased and renovated on her own. That experience gives her a practical, real-world perspective that her clients truly benefit from.
Outside of real estate, Kayleen has a big heart and spends time fostering abandoned animals, helping them find safe and loving homes.

Kendra Clark

Kendra started her career in the real estate industry in 2014 working for a home inspection company. She found her mentorship opportunity of a lifetime when Pat R. Spettel hired her to serve as his transaction and office manager. Pat trained her to negotiate, problem solve, and trusted her to manage his business for around 7 years until his passing in 2023. Together, they were selling around $12-18 million in production sales each year.  The skills and experience acquired through working for Pat was invaluable. To show her commitment and love for the industry, she obtained her Ohio Real Estate Brokers License at the age of 26.

She has a background in digital media marketing and loves to create. She's also had the opportunity to manage many construction and remodeling projects. She loves to help investors come up with ideas on how to add value to property for their investments to increase their profits, or help homeowners add value to their homes. She enjoys helping buyers visualize improvements for "fixer-uppers" to better fit their needs. 

Kendra has two children, a 12 year-old daughter and a 7 year-old son. They are members of The First Church of Bellevue and she finds joy through being an active member of her community. She also serves on the board for Fireland's Habitat for Humanity. She truly feels called to help others, whether it may be in a personal setting or in her career, finding housing for people, and helping people build their businesses, and accomplish their real estate goals!
